Podium’s multi-product platform gives local businesses and their customers the power to manage reviews and messaging— in other words, it helps retailers to protect their online reputations. With a goal to increase the number of jewelers who use their products, Podium principals asked INSTORE to organize and promote an audience-focused webinar designed to teach retail jewelers how to build positive online reviews. Podium’s goal was to reach potential customers while providing them with useful tips and techniques for reputation management.
With a clear definition of assignment, SmartWork Media’s Content Studio created a series of eblasts and social media posts that promoted the hour-long event. Starting weeks in advance, the eblasts were sent multiple times to INSTORE’s 27,000+ eBulletin recipients, with a concentrated push in the day prior to and day of the event. Bolstered by INSTORE’s social media presence, the webinar was also promoted online for a two-month period.
INSTORE was able to garner over 150 webinar registrants, exceeding Podium’s goal of 100 doors. The company recently commissioned its second webinar with INSTORE.
